Poor service on so many levels I am a sole trader and send 200 items a day (unable to use an alternative company for letter sized items as none yet available). I have to put in around 20 lost/damaged post claims a month and I am always out of pocket as they do not cover the re packaging costs and time sent to resend items and claim for takes ages to complete. Today had a very poor service from the Hinckley sorting office, jobsworth behind the counter. I went to collect a signed for letter, took all the ID with me that I usually take to the Rugby sorting office and they refused to give me the letter unless I supplied a bank card or paying in slip. Sole Traders DO NOT have to have a bank account in the company name as a SOLE TRADER and therefore I am unable to collect me item as addressed to the business. Unable to rearrange redelivery as was needed urgently for today. I can not fault my local post office as they are amazing but the company as a whole are C**P.
