Sending a letter or a parcel through a Royal Mail is like throwing your money into the bin. You will lose the value of your item as well as the postage fee and nobody cares about it. Some of the staff smiles steadily as a mentally ill person, but can not answer a single question. The other part of the staff is not at all friendly, helpful and rude to the client. Go to the post office is a nightmare, I pray for a more intelligence administrator because I already had a lot of bad experiences with them whether it is a letter, parcel, driving license or oyster card.
