I posted a small lightweight parcel (0.178Kg) weight on Monday 21/08/17 at 09.41am First class signed for which cost £4.40, I would have expected it to arrive at it's destination in Sunderland by the following day, but it has not arrived there today the 22/08/17, first class post should arrive the following day that is why it costs so much more than second class, this is a very poor service and I will use a different service in future.
