I posted a package, as a surprise for my sister, over 2 weeks ago, by first class mail. She didn't receive it. Finally, she was able to persuade people at her local post office to look for it, and guess what? It was there. The postman hadn't bothered to put a card through her door to let her know about it! Complete incompetence, lazy attitude, and rubbish service.
2 weeks of worry for me, and such a disappointment for her.
