What is it about ‘guaranteed 24hr delivery’ that Royal Mail don’t get or don’t seem to care about?
Come on RM, read these reviews and get your act together!
I would advise using a different delivery service with a decent set of reviews if next day delivery is important to you. Royal Mail make the promises, take the money, and fail in the task.
