Awful service. RM totally incapable of delivering anything to anyone who works. They won't leave items in "a safe place" regardless of how many times we fill in their form. They don't leave with neighbours. Recently, they haven't even bothered to ring the doorbell, but jut carded us. We spend our life queuing at the delivery office.
Utterly terrible service not fit for purpose.
