I posted a Christmas present to my granddaughter by special delivery for guaranteed delivery by 1pm on the following day. 3 days later it has still not been delivered. That was the first thing that went wrong.
I then had the soul destroying experience of the Royal Mail call centre. People - do not even go there! I have never encountered a worse service. Unfortunately I appeared to call while the call centre was having its Christmas Party which I could hear clearly in the background. Because the woman could not hear what I saying above the background notice she blamed my 'accent'.
Just awful service. Will be using a courier service in future.
