I would give no stars if I could. Royal mail 24- yet 3 days later nothing, why offer a service they can't fulfill? Service gone to the dogs since privatisation, whilst senior management wine and dine at The Shard and had their salaries doubled overnight there clearly aren't enough staff at the opposite end of the workforce- disgraceful really.
