If I could score Royal Mail a minus score I would. An important letter sent for the 3rd time , still not received, no Christmas cards either. Despite friends and family sending cards in plenty of time and with full postage. Royal Mail is a scam company that has totally let down its customers this Christmas.,The sooner this dinosaur is taken out of the idiots that are running it and sold off the better. It's just been given public money, for what. I've even complained about my missing mail, but they don't care. Where are my cards and letters, probably in some ditch as the postie cant be bothered delivering them. And a very miserable Christmas to you.
