It's the awful service that you can use for your online business. They are claiming that in case of lost delivery your item is covered up to 20£. I've lost 39 items from dec 9 to dec 26 and I've been told that I will not get any cover due to their own mistake. I've lost the product's, had to refund all those customers plus the price for the post. And due to their 24h delivery policy( which is a total scam), i've earned negative feedbacks as the orders newer arrive on stated time.
