I'm a small business and have suffered numerous losses over Christmas and New Year. I've never had so many items not received. I raise money for animal charities and unfortunately have had to issue a huge amount of refunds. I have lost the items, the money and wasted postage. I'm considering just giving up. It's horrendous. Despite putting a return address I haven't received any packages back.
