Utterly incompetent! 1 item posted to Germany - After 18 days Royal Mail do not even know what country the item is now located in - or which company has it, them or their so called 'partners' in Germany - and this was a TRACKED item.
When an item disappears Royal Mail call it 'missing' - NOT stolen - but how would they know? This is a company hiding potentially illegal activity by their own employees.
