Parcel from internet provider went missing.
Customer service is useless, they just were able to give phone number to call where you can’t not get any solution. What is the point to keep that Royal Mail anymore overall in this country if so many customers are rating this service so badly? Many times I saw other people parcels left on the floor in the building! What a shame! And it is so ROYAL MAIL!!!
