Not able to find the slip with the tracking number. Doesn't matter what info you provide. How come?
Then why not email the tracking number to the customers? I even receive the online receipt from Next if I buy a bloody shirt. What the hell is wrong with the Royal Mail?? Why you can't be customer friendly?
