Royal Fail staff have been interfering with my mail for 2 years now; my banks have confirmed this in writing numerous times. Royal Fail refuses to do anything and simply denies it. Since I complained, I have been persistently harassed and victimised by the postman. Have had to report him to the police and install cctv around my home. Instead of addressing the matter, Royal Fail continues to allow it to escalate and even claims I have not really lodged a case of harassment with the police. Royal Fail's handling of this matter has been egregious.
