Lost 2 packages. Shipping from London to Canada “tracked and insured” disappeared as soon as it entered the sorting facility. Customer service was really good at copying and pasting the apology email following my inquiry (which surprisingly took longer than website stated to get back to me) but otherwise completely and totally useless.
Never use Royal Mail. Period. Scammers
On a different note, getting a job with them would be awesome because you don’t have to do your job to collect a paycheck.
