They are a bunch of rats! I have lost my item for 3 times, and no one seems to care. The customer service is rubbish. They didn't really about where did it go. I have sent a £300 clothes one time, I found it wasn't successfully delivered at the day it supposed to be delivered, and the status says returned to sender. I called it the day after, the customer service guy says that they will find it and send it back to me. But it never came. I think all my lost items are probably goes to Royal Mail stuff's pocket. Merry Christmas rats!!!
