Tried to pay online customs charge, failed twice on their system, 3rd time payment came out my paypal account but on their website said failed again?!!
Tried to call them and was on hold for over 30 minutes and gave up as I had thing to do...
I'll have to drive across the city to their depot to find out whats going on with both my parcel and my money now, not happy!!!
