I work for a small business that depends on Royal Mail and they let us down frequently to the point where there new shipping service went down for days in July which meant that we could not dispatch our orders. On top of this they regularly deliver mail late and the customer service you get is rubbish, they might as well say we don't care and there's nothing you can do about it. Thoroughly fed up with them and recommend that if you're a customer ordering something off a website don't use the Royal Mail option as their service is abysmal and when it goes wrong they don't care.
