Poor service, staff/management that don't care, an impossible website which seems to just crash my computer when I try to use it.
All in all a poor show - if this is what privatisation means please, PLEASE bring back nationalisation!
PS pay your staff better wages, treat them with respect then maybe we all get a better service. And paying Rico Back £640kpa is A RIDICULOUS JOKE!! It evidences how so called capitalism has failed us all!
