Their collection office is not open past 12:00 in the afternoon, this is ridiculous for people who work full time.
I don't have time to pick up my package and they haven't bothered to re-deliver during a time an ordinary person is home.
E.G:
Normal providers generally leave it with your neighbour, or in a safe spot.
Royal Mail don't which is extremely frustrating.
