Sent an international signed for parcel advertised as 5-7 working days to Nigeria on 9th October. Called customer service 2 weeks later when parcel failed to arrive, and was told by a very unhelpful staff I'd have to wait for 25 working days to confirm parcel was missing. When I asked to confirm if it has been signed for she informed me once parcel gets to destination country, it has nothing to do with royal mail. Very helpful. Parcel finally got to recipient on 5th November.
The advert is a scam from my experience. Use at your peril.
