Worst courier/ customer service On 27 November i checked the tracking for my parcel and it was showing that they were unable to deliver the package because i didn't was at home, the worst thing is that they didn't leave any card. So at first hour on the morning i was at the post office and surprise i can't take my package because i don't have an white card. On the tracking page is showing that i have 2 options but you don't have any real one, the guy from post office said he cant give me the package now because i need to wait for an white card even if on their site is showing that i can take the package.
