Complete failure.
Posted at 3:15pm on a Tuesday, 'guaranteed delivery' for the next day. At 5:30pm the next day the tracking service was showing the item as still in transit with no update since 9:15pm the previous night.
Called the Royal Mail phone number and (after half an hour on hold) I'm told that there seems to have been a problem but the item should "definitely" be there by Friday!
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Complete rubbish.
