Had a very important envelope which had to get to the recipient on the 2nd January. Paid for "guaranteed next working day before 1pm" service at 11.30am 31st December.
Didn't arrive 2nd January. Eventually turned up 3rd January by which time alternative arrangements had to be made which cost over £100 plus a 250 mile journey taking up another valuable day and fuel/ car costs.
All we get in compensation is cost of postage £6.50! Just shocking! What is the guarantee worth?
