Why haven’t you delivered it? Why did my receiver have to pay money to pick up thier package up last year? What is going on? Is their no accountability? They don’t live on the top of Everest, nor do they live in the remote parts of the rainforest, but they live in Belfast. Is that a difficult place to deliver to? I mean wtf is going on there? I know Royal Mail has educated individuals so what’s the problem with delivering packages, why are you holding on to the package in England when it shoulda gone to Northern Ireland?
