First class signed for parcel not delivered after 7 days, Non existent customer service, waiting on phone for 30 minutes, frustrating and anxious experience.
Sent a special delivery item also earlier this month, arrived 1 day late, royal mails services these days is very poor, use them if you want a massive amount of stress and anxiety, otherwise use a fully tracked courier service like dpd or hermes.
