This is by far one of the most carriers for International shipping, I lost a lot of money and time because of their terrible service.
You pay extra cash with the hopes that they will take extra care but that does not happen.
As soon as your parcel leaves the UK is based on luck if it ia going to be delivered or not...honestly.
