I paid for 24h delivery and local drop point refuse it , finally my parcel returned to the sender . Then they wrote mail to my :
"I would like to respectfully advise you that I’m unable to help you as Post Office Ltd® enquiries are handled by their own customer service team"
UNBELIEVABLE IGNORANCE
Everyone should avoid Post Office as a plague!!
