I sent a parcel on 16th March 2019 with the reference number GQ803759636GB content with 4 pieces of jewellery and I sent them without any insurance because it was VERY EXPENSIVE. The packet was delivered and there was a whole and someone took a pendant out which is a shame. The person who stole will LOSE A LOT MORE.
