What on earth has happened to their service? I was waiting to receive a parcel which (along with most of my mail lately) went to a different block of flats altogether. The neighbour who accepted it then left it in the foyer. Eventually, three weeks later I got my parcel back. I couldn't access the complaints procedure without a reference number which was on the parcel! I have lost a lot of mail recently and it's wrong.
