Paid for a twelve month redirectionin July , £66.99, have had several letters still going to the old address. Rung and complained 3 times and basically just get fobbed off.. what is the point of paying for this service when it clearly doesnt work!! Was just told today that I have no proof the letters reached the delivery office even though I know from the sender this is the address they were sent to,one in Jan and another in the last 2 weeks ... so frustrating...total rip off by GPO....
