Royal Mail lost my parcel in January, it is only now in may that they have finally paid for my lost parcel. To say it’s been a nightmare to sort it out is an understatement, it seems that they like to lie to you hoping you will go away. Their customer services help line number is a joke as they keep you hanging forever, come on Royal Mail ,you need to drastically improve things .
