Said they had tried to deliver when they hadnt. Said they would redeliver they didnt. Raised a complaint but they wouldn't give any feedback as to the problem. Royal Mail then sent parcel back to sender. I use other couriers without these problems. Royal Mail do not understand the concept o f customer service
