Terrible. Just terrible. What was our national postal service just so happens to be the worst postal service in the lane, especially for packages. Customer service is non-existent. You may as well speak to a computer (you often do after hanging on for 30 mins on the phone).
Do yourself a favour; find a better, cheaper and more reliable service with better customer service (which just so happens to be every other service available to you).
