Lying thieves
Pay for a "signed for" service - , they just gave it to a random with no signature at all. Promised to look into it within 10 working days. Another lie - been 3 weeks, not a sausage - no contact AT ALL
Take parcel - take money - steal parcel - lie about it.
They are EXACTLY like the local smack heads
