60 minutes held in a queue to speak to customer service staff no one answered!! Three days in a row called and kept on hold and BEEN CHARGED for the call!!
Sent 5 emails to customer service not one reply!!
Today I went into post office charged twice for same parcel!! PLEASE SOMEONE CLOSE THIS DOWN AND HOPE THEY ALL LOSE THERE JOBS SHOCKING
