You have the item and are probably buying time to extend the delivery period.
Have been 35 minutes waiting on your customer "helpline" - and counting, with an annoying woman with a patronising voice suggesting I get your free App! You have the audacity to have a "Like Us" link on your homepage. One star is far too much for you useless bums!
