I'm not happy with the service at all. I just want to warn everyone who thinks they want to use Royal Mail, take a different company instead of Royal Mail better for you.
The postman brought me an empty envelope and my item disappeared, the envelope was just an invoice from my item the seller sent. The postman scanned an empty envelope and gave it to my director without my item. This was not the first time RoyalMail had to do with my post several times happened similarly and for every time I have evidence or witnesses. Do not use Royal Mail .....
