Had 3 deliveries due from John Lewis. One item got sent to the wrong Delivery Office, just 2 miles from my home. Today its been sent to another Delivery Office 35 miles from my home!!
Called Royal Mail who just gave me some spin about it will be with me tomorrow but I don't hold out much hope!!
John Lewis have been great but one of the items in the parcel is discontinued so I've no option but to wait for Royal Mail to get it to me, rather than get a refund from John Lewis.
