I sent a £25 voucher to friends that were getting married. I paid for recorded delivery and that was 2 weeks ago. I’ve had to chase it up and been on the phone to customer services for 40 mins! It’s not a free call but what a crock of.
I hate Royal Mail and wish I’d had it delivered with a courier !
