Sent a small package to Canada using the International Tracking service costing around £9. Excellent tracking available with good detail of the location of the parcel up to the point of departure from the U.K.
After that absolutely nothing!!!!
Very disappointing and not what we thought we were paying for. Package took 10 working days to arrive and not the advertised 5-7.
