Absolutely inappropriate service. Delivery guy just throw the parcel over the wall to deliver the parcel to the basement flat. Thanks got nobody was standing in the yard.
After seeing me writing down the plate number of his van he pop up and told that he supposed that all doors are closed. wow, genuinely amazing excuse.
