Royal Mail must be the most useless company I know. Try to phone their help line for any help, whatever number you press for help never works. Eventually you get in to a telephone on hold system that costs 5p per minute, so far I have never got through and continually telling me I am moving up the queue all the time charging me to try to get help for my £200 missing parcel.... What a useless set of idiots...
