Had an item from China, cost £30, I had to pay £3.20 to custom, I had no idea when it arrived in the UK, I got no card telling me I had to pay
I only found out by contacting RM by chance. So I tried to pay for it online twice it said "ooop's that didn't work " so had to wait 25 minutes
on the phone and pay £11.20 an extra £8.00 for their fabulous handing charge and service an utter rip off for a monopoly, you cannot pay it to customs your self. So they can treat people with complete contempt, people need sacking!
