I tried to track my parcel with the Royal Mail Parcel Tracking service which kept telling me that it would update me once Royal Mail had attempted to deliver the parcel. So, with no idea when it was due, I waited in for a whole day but popped out the next day for some shopping only to discover a note stating that they had attempted delivery and sent my parcel back to the depot. If you are going to have a parcel tracking service then make sure it works. Otherwise, it is pointless!!!! 😡
