Where do I start?
-Tracking items is an absolute nightmare as they never update there website so you waste money paying for Tracked&Signed.
-The don't redeliver despite having booked redelivery 3 times for the same parcel!
-They make stupid excuses whenever complaints and claims are made about lost parcels.
-They sign away about items being delivered when in reality, they haven't!
There awful service has effected me as an individual and as an employee at a company that uses their services regularly and heavily rely on them. I's time we find a new postal service
