Waiting for a delivery with 2 cars on drive from Royal Mail only to find the idiot delivery driver didn't bother to ring bell or knock the door but just put a card through the letter box so I now have to go to the depot to pick it up myself.
I will never ever be using R.M again & will never order from a company that uses R.M
