I've made an order through an UK online retailer and paid an extra $20 AUD for tracking service as the parcel will be travelling all the way down to Australia. The tracking was never update on RM's website. Very disappointed and stressful as the parcel contained my wedding invitations.
I think online retailers should specify which company they will be using for delivery. If I see that RM is the delivery company, I would probably shop elsewhere.
