Posted sons birth certificate as urgently required. Paid extra to have signed on delivery. After 7 days no sign not at local sorting office, I purchased replacement. Royal Mail cars put through door on the day the replacement arrived insufficient stamp! Son unable to collect as working abroad. Eventually returned 2 months later. Compensation a book of 6 1st class stamps. Terrible service from a third rate company.
